Matthew Kempe has been in the hospitality industry for the past 19 years working in private markets, Marriott and Aimbridge management. He began in Pittsburgh, PA. working as a competitive analysis professional for a Microsoft based securities firm. From there he moved into exclusive national Resort/Golf sales based out of South Florida. His expertise has been in corporate sales along with large conference groups primarily in full service properties.Matt has attended over 350 sales and revenue conferences throughout his career partnering with 3rd party companies, CVB's, Visitor Bureau's as well as multiple fortune 500 companies, Military contracts and NCAA events.His most recent position was in the private sector as Regional Sales Director out of South Florida handling the Southeast region overseeing 13 states.
